A. Nicholas Naiser was born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky. He attended the University of Louisville's College of Business, where he was named the College's Most Outstanding Graduate during his senior year.
After college, Nick enrolled at the Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville. During law school, Nick received the book awards for the highest grade in nine different classes, and ultimately graduated first in his class of over one hundred graduates.
After graduating from law school, Nick began working at one of Kentucky’s largest law firms. He primarily represented insurance companies for doctors, trucking companies, and product manufacturers in personal injury lawsuits.
Nick enjoyed his time at the law firm but felt the need to represent the interests of people who were needlessly injured by others. To that end, he left the law firm, and began representing injured people in claims against insurance companies. Nick has found his experience working as a defense attorney to be invaluable in pursuing these claims against insurance companies on behalf of his injured clients.
Nick has obtained a number of favorable results for his clients. In 2014, Nick obtained Kentucky’s all-time largest recorded dental malpractice jury verdict. Most recently, Nick obtained a jury verdict of $10,528,311.35 in an Oldham County personal injury case, an amount nearly ten times larger than the previous largest recorded verdict in that county.
In his free time, Nick enjoys spending time with his wife, son, and their three dogs. Nick has also sat on the board of directors of the Epilepsy Foundation of Kentuckiana and served as a member of the University of Louisville's College of Business Alumni Council.
