Kelly Y. McMurray was born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky. She graduated from Butler High School in 1989. Kelly attended Jefferson Community College majoring in Paralegal Studies.
Kelly began her employment with James "Bo" Bolus on October 27, 1997 initially as the receptionist. Kelly eventually worked her way up to becoming Bo's personal assistant. Kelly's duties consist of scheduling office appointments with clients, scheduling depositions with experts and doctors and making travel arrangements. Kelly prepares and maintains the office files, gathers medical records, police reports and any other information needed in working the cases. Kelly has had the opportunity to assist Bo in trial where she helps with exhibits and witnesses.
Kelly has received a certificate of achievement from the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Kentucky for completing the ECF training.
